After a healthy breakfast we wet sail at around 10.30am for Bozuk Buku. Once again the breeze was strong at around 20-25 knots and we had to sail on the wind most of the way which did not please the ladies.

We decided to anchor at a small bay, Serce Limani for lunch along the way, and Pamina Blue rafted up beside us. We quickly realized that with the strong winds and the weight of an extra boat on our anchor, that we were dragging the anchor. We let out a further 30 metres of chain, so had 70 metres out which stabilized the situation.

After lunch everyone was anxious to get to our final destination, so we motored around to Bozuk Buku, which was only a further 6 nm, making the total trip for the day, a little over 20nm.
We entered the bay at Bozuk Buku, at around 4.30pm, through a bit of a beam on swell, but were quickly around the corner into calm water and backed in to a little marina operated by the Ali Baba restaurant, who quickly signed us all up for dinner. The location of the marina was terrific and most of us had a swim off the end of the marina to cool down as the weather continues to be very warm, mid 30’s most days.

Dinner was a forgettable experience, and we think Ali Baba had the 40 thieves on his staff, as it was hardly good value. Overall the facilities were pretty basic, but the location made up for it.
